Obverse: guo ying jia xing mei qiu chang ge
ming wei yuan hui ("Revolutionary Committee of the National Jiaxing Coal
Briquette Factory", in Zhejiang Province), mei qiu ("coal briquette") above
center hole, the number 20 below //

Reverse: dang chang ti huo "Pick up in
person", li dian zuo fei "Void outside of the store", zhong 41 written in white
paint on both sides

About Unc Condition

 During the Cultural Revolution
(1966-1976), revolutionary committees seized power from local officials and
became the de facto governing authority of various levels, from cities and
provinces to schools and factories. Gradually, the committees became subordinate
to the Party committees and remained a bureaucratic formality until they were
finally abolished in the late 1970's and early 80's
