Yamagane tsuba that clearly is a replacement. In my opinion this koshirae would benefit if tsuba was changed. Right now I do not have a good replacement though.
Saya decorated with crushed shell. Uragawara made of shakudo and decorated with see motives. It is actually high end piece, with inlaid gold. It is also a nice match with crushed shell on saya.
Saya was damaged and unprofessionally repaired around uragawara. There are also some signs of repairs on mune near koiguchi.
