Develop explosive power

The movements of Olympic weightlifting training have proven their usefulness to other sports. The two Olympic weightlifting disciplines, snatch and clean & jerk, are dynamic and explosive movements that also have a carry over into other sports like American football. This T-platform Clean & Jerk landmine attachment has a neutral grip and 360 degree rotating handles. Less or limited mobility, like in the upper body, will be less of an issue here, for example: while holding a front rack position and executing a variation of the c&j. Depending on the exercise, the grips can make exercises easier but more challenging too.

A ton of variations in one piece of equipment

The clean and jerk variation is by far not the only movement you can perform here, but this set-up allows you to perform this movement with less technical difficulty than with a free barbell. Just to name a few possibilities for this piece of equipment: military press, Viking press, shrugs, deadlifts, squats, or rows. This attachment is also a nice fit for very dynamic training and high-pacing workouts.

How to use this attachment

Using this attachment is straightforward. Attach any Olympic barbell onto the bar sleeve, and the other end  to the landmine, and secure the attachment with the screw clamp. Load the T-Plattform Clean & Jerk Landmine Attachment and get started with your training.

To load this piece of equipment, bumper plates are a perfect match.

Really good read, and leaves questions
Format: Paperback
Nice to see the Ben Solo story flushed out more than what was shown in The Last Jedi and The Rise Of Skywalker. A good job also of not explaining everything. Ben mentions something about what Skywalker did to Snoke, and then there's the Emperor himself speaking to Ben in his mind, which makes one wonder, if even the Emperor was his own voice in Ben's head, why didn't Kylo recognize him in The Rise Of Skywalker. Plenty of things left to really expand upon this very good story.

Excellent Story
Format: Paperback
Charles Soule is without a doubt one of the greatest Star Wars authors around. With this comic he keeps the reader on their toes making it hard to set the book down. It is a definite page turner and easily one of the best comics Marvel has out out under the Star Wars name. An intriguing story, unforgettable moments, and packed with lore, Star Wars fans are sure to love The Rise of Kylo Ren.

Ben Solo’s fall is tragic
Format: Paperback
We don’t know much about Ben Solo’s past, but this comic explains a little bit more about why he is the way he is. It also explains that he didn’t do all the things he himself implies in TLJ. It’s a story of a young man who is lost because those he is supposed to trust betray him, which is exactly what Snoke/Palpatine want. It shows he didn’t really have a choice in the path he took and it makes his redemption at the end of the saga powerful, even if the last movie itself destroys the myth of Star Wars. I love knowing that Rey and Ben have always had a connection and I hope that is something explored more deeply in Episode X when they bring Ben back.
