“Through my paintings I hope to develop an understanding of the experiences we go through during our lives by showing emotions through colour, adding layer upon layer as with the complexity of emotion connecting mind and body with the flow of movement. As with most people I have been through some difficult times which coming through has given me more strength and understanding which I believe has helped enhance my paintings“

Artist Info: Pam's career in the Visual Arts followed a professional career as a Ballet Dancer, after which she studied for a Fine Art Degree at the Norwich School of Art.
"My work is inspired by the connections between the mind, body, pain, healing, and ageing as well as our emotional attachment to water. Each series of work has evolved from a journey to see how mind and body work in union, strength comes from fragility showing hope and a positive attitude. Concentration of the mind can conquer some of the pain in the body and the activity of the body might heal the torment of the mind, using the mind with discipline and energy can overcome so much. Travelling through the physical and mental boundaries is a wonderful experience."

Pam has exhibited her artwork extensively throughout England, as well as in France, Germany and America. She has also worked on many community projects and has received several awards during her visual arts career.

This is a nice & comfortable sweat shirt. I wear a 2X and this fits me comfortably. The stitching is right on as there are no loose threads anywhere on the shirt. This shirt is medium thickness & has a little bit of stretch to it, which is all one needs. From underwear to sweatshirts FOTL has does a great job once again. For the price paid you are getting a great value for your money.

Good quality and soft. Not to thick and breathable. Comfortable for all day use. Pilling is an issue inside after a few washes. Great value for a hoodie. Size is good but will shrink after a couple washes. Not to warm.

I bought this sweat shirt for my husband, and had to buy him another because I love it so much!! My children have tried to take it from me several times. It is so soft, super thick, and warm. I love the fit, it is a little baggie just how I like them. The quality is great for the money, at this price sweat shirts are usually see through and bad quality but NOT this one!!!!
