Valentin Montanet makes all their wines without any oak (stainless steel), yet uses full malo. These wines are great if you like the style of Chardonnay that is rich and creamy, but don't like the vanilla baking spice notes of oaky Chard. This bottling has 2% of Chardonnay Musque blended

These wines are great if you like the style of Chardonnay that is rich and creamy, but don't like the vanilla/baking spice notes of oaky Chard.
This bottling has 2% of Chardonnay Musque blended in- a mutation of Chardonnay that tastes like Muscat (lychee, peach, mandarin, orange). Unique and tasty! The wine has searing acidity, fresh and electric. Green apple notes, lemon peel, lime and even some gooseberry and passionfruit. Really love their label design as well, which is always a nice addition to the dinner table.
