It's also resistant to salt, harsh chemicals, UV rays, fading, cracking and staining – lasting up to 8 years. You can even use it to seal hairline cracks. Allow surface to dry completely before application. Do not use if heavy dew or rain is expected within 12 hours. Apply first coat evenly with a nap roller or airless sprayer. Let dry for 8 hours in between coats.
