The Hapstone R2 Standard Knife Sharpener is part of the Hapstone Modular Platform, allowing you to configure and upgrade your sharpening system without limitations. With the rotating clamp module and the rear screw for adjustable tension, you have complete control over the sharpening process.
The kit includes 2x asymmetric angled universal clamps that can be mounted inwards for smaller blades or outwards for larger blades. These clamps utilize flexible flat springs and spacer screws to securely hold most types of knives, including full flat grinds.
The R2 Standard allows you to fix the knife within the jaws and rotate the module to sharpen the opposite side of the knife. This efficient design increases sharpening speed and eliminates the need for manual blade stabilization.
