It provides more flexibility by allowing antennas to be placed closer to the stage or installed on ceilings and walls to maintain a better line of sight with wireless transmitters.Featuring a two-position gain selector switch with +6 and +12 dB settings, the in-line amplifier has overload LED indicators and is compatible with Shure UA845 and UA844 antenna distribution systems. In addition, an integrated threaded adapter easily mounts the amplifier to a microphone stand, and it includes a surface-mount bracket.

I like these fleece-lined pants

For these specific pants, the 32" inseam is accurate and fits as expected. The fleece lining was great in high 40's and did not feel too warm when the temp climbed into the 60's. I was impressed enough to buy a second pair. They appear to be well made and look great.

Love these!

As many previous reviews state these pants are incredibly comfortable. They are very warm. They wash up well. We’ll see how they last but my initial impressions are very good on these pants. I will order more color because I have to wear a nice pants for work, but I’m outside alive and they fit the Bill by not looking like trek pants or hiking pants. For reference I’m 5’5” and weigh about 150lbs. I ordered 32x30 and love the fit.
I’ve ordered other colors because I like them so much.
