Crimp height is a critical measurement for crimp quality analysis.
In this course, you will learn about crimp height, the general operation of the various devices used to measure crimp height, some important techniques for making accurate measurements, and the parameters and tolerances of crimp height. We will then explore a scenario to make important quality decisions and review a few examples to analyze on your own.
This course is not intended to cover the fundamentals of crimping, crimping methods, processes and products, crimp quality tools, different crimping standards, or how to resolve defects.
