Shape stability: Thanks to the special filling, the ball does not bounce back and lies securely on the ground – ideal for precise movements. The Diamater is around 35cm.

💡 The shape of the medicine balls and the weight are not centered and can adjust depending on the exercise.
Please note regarding the warranty: Balls are for use on a flat surface against a wall, or on shock-absorbing mats, for use on the ground. The balls may be damaged if dropped on uneven and sharp-edged surfaces/walls.
