The FASS Drop-In Series Diesel Fuel System was carefully designed to provide the best filtration solution for the 6.7L Powerstroke. The Drop-In Series System effectively safeguards the 6.7L Powerstroke injection system from premature failure by eliminating over 99% of water, entrained air, and debris down to 2 Microns from your diesel fuel. This helps prevent excessive wear and potentially saves you thousands of dollars in repair costs.

Additionally, by eliminating the contaminants mentioned above, the Drop-In Series System for the 6.7L Powerstroke optimizes MPG (results will vary), restores horsepower, and sharpens throttle response.

PERFORMANCE RADIUS CUTS

Performance Radius Cuts are an advanced machining technique used to improve the flow of fuel through the FASS System by creating smooth-flowing cuts within the filtration system. This prevents the reintroduction of air and vapor back into the fuel and prevents eddy currents from forming within the corner of a 90-degree sharp angle. FASS Drop-In Fuel Systems are the only Fuel Air Separation System that incorporates these exclusive Performance Radius Cuts, lesser competitors commonly use T-Bone and square 90-degree fittings that can limit fuel flow, cause restrictions and reintroduce air back into the fuel fuel.

DIFS SPACER KIT

This kit is necessary when installing the Drop-In Series System on a 2017-2024 6.7L Powerstroke with an S&B or Titan fuel tank. Due to the larger capacity of these tanks, this kit places the fuel lines in the correct position for a seamless integration with the S&B or Titan tank.
