Una maturazione di circa 22 mesi in botti di rovere porta a una Reserva rotonda ed espressiva, morbida e avvolgente, capace di stupire non solo per stoffa ma anche per longevità.
A tutto pasto, si abbina a ricchi piatti di carne, anche arrosto. Ottimo su formaggi molto stagionati.
