Luminoso e dorato, profumi intensi e nitidi di erbe di campo, di mineralità, di frutto maturo. Al palato sorprende per intensità e sapidità. È elegante e di ottima beva, è complesso, di corpo e giustamente persistente.Un Vermentino sapido e intrigante questo Costa Toscana IGT “Elice”, dell’Azienda La Fralluca. Fermentazione spontanea in acciaio e affinamento in acciaio di nove mesi con batonnage. “Elice” viene vinificato dalle sole uve provenienti da un piccolo vigneto chiamato la “Punta”, esposto a sud e posto su un pendio sassoso. Un vino minerale, fresco, invitantissimo.
Proponiamo questo vino di mare con un pesce di fiume, si sposerà alla perfezione con una trota con salsa di panna agra, senape, aneto, zucchero di canna, misticanza e pomodorini.
