You can use the energy to gain authority over other people or spirits, comfort those suffering from mental illnesses and depression, and create the spark of love in someone who feels nothing for you. You can simply meditate with her, calling her name and bask in her energy. You can use it to enhance rituals, and charge your tools with her energy. You could use it to charge sigils and candles too.This is a permanent change to your energy system, and you will have a few physical side effects that will fade over a few days.
You will receive a manual, but it is very important to use it as a starting point. The energy and its powers are dynamic and will be different person to person. I highly encourage you to be creative and experiment.

It's worked so far
After 10 years of marriage grounded on this book I am (we are) still happily married. Doing the exercises was the most useful part - they opened up a lot of conversations we'd never have otherwise had, and the tools have stood us in good stead, especially 'when the chips are down'. The video series is a bit 'Bible-belt" but does unpack some aspects of the book. We've given the book and exercise set to a couple of nearly marrieds as wedding gifts. On the downside the section on hot monogamy had some typos that were plain scary. If it had been cheaper to buy the book and two exercise books than the set, I'd still do that.

Best premarital study

Highly recommended
Format: Paperback
Literally gave me the hope to fight for my marriage & fight for self healing, this book is very insightful about real life struggles that end up hurting us & our marriages, it all starts with you, if you work on you & your issues, you will begin to find personal healing which in turn, leads to healing within the marriage, if you DONT work on YOU FIRST or THINK ITS ALL YOUR SPOUSES/PARTNERS FAULT, your marriage will stay the same or get worse & fail.
It's a great read to read by yourself, or as a couple or even in a small group. I highly recommend this book.
