A marked trace of acidity outlines its profile before closing with a very persistent finish.Alto Adige Gewürztraminer DOC “Kolbenhof” of Hofstätter is a wine of great concentration which is created from a careful selection of Gewürztraminer grapes not far from Termeno. A plot of land considered to be one of the prestigious thanks to its micro-climate particularly favourable to the age of the vines. The ideal conditions for a white wine of great class and depth which is fermented at controlled temperatures and aged only in steel vats and on the finest lees.
Excellent for tasting completely when you are absolutely alone, the “Kolbenhof” of Hofstätter pairs well with shellfish, substantial fish dishes and foie gras.

They suck!

Never again. Waste of money. The taste is ok, but they don’t get the job done. I bought them because I have dry mouth from radiation therapy and there was no improvement. Next!

These are (to me) very flavorful and just thinking about them makes my mouth water! I love that these don’t promote dental decay and that they help keep my mouth from getting dry. I also love that they only contain natural ingredients that actually help your dental health as opposed to artificial sweeteners that are very unhealthy. I will definitely purchase these in the future and I am recommending them to my family and friends!
