The Migali C-HP-2-12 countertop hot plate increases a restaurant's capability to simmer sauces or sautée vegetables. If a restaurant only produces a small amount of rangetop dishes, this unit may satisfy all its needs, and if a restaurant prepares a great deal of its menu over a range, this unit can provide an extra burner to the existing equipment to keep up with the dinner rush. Made of stainless steel with cast iron grates and chrome knobs, this hotplate will stand up to frequent use in either situation.
The burners of the Migali C-HP-2-12 hot plate produce 32,000 BTUs each with a 64,000 total BTU output, though establishments in high altitudes may need orifice adjustments to deliver this output. To prevent overheating, adjustable feet lift the unit above the countertops, while the unit's burners are operated with manual controls.
