We have premium-quality balanced armature drivers from Sonion and Knowles, the two largest driver manufacturers in the industry. The drivers are arranged together in a three-way frequency crossover. HiBy has designed the Yvain taking inspiration from the classic 12th-century novel, Yvain, The Knight of the Lion. The symbolic Lion is engraved using a CNC machining process on high-quality aluminium alloy face covers. The Tale of The Knight Of The Lion:-

HiBy has named the pair after a classic 12th-century novel “Yvain, the Knight of the Lion”, which describes the heroic tale of the medieval knight Yvain. He faced a dilemma between fulfilling his promise to his beloved and pursuing his personal mission. In his self-imposed exile, he rediscovered the meaning of the line, and the young lion he saved became his loyal companion on his adventures. The pair features the face of the Lion as the main design element engraved on the CNC-machined aluminium alloy face covers.

Quad-Driver Multi-BA Setup:-

HiBy has featured a quad-driver multi-BA setup on each side. It features premium quality balanced armature drivers from Knowles and Sonion arranged together in a three-way frequency crossover. We have a high-quality Knowles BA driver with strong bass response, a dual composite customized SONION BA setup as full frequency driver, and a premium high-frequency BA Tweeter from Knowles. They produce lovely resolution and provide crisp details maintaining a reference-grade tuning profile.

Exclusive 3D Printed Build Structure:-

HiBy Yvain features high-quality 3D printed medical-grade resin material ear cavities. They are crafted with great precision and quality to ensure a comfortable listening experience. The medical-grade resin cavities feature CNC-machined aluminium alloy face covers with a finely engraved Lion logo. The pair itself has a fully-enclosed isolated design promising a comfortable fit and great level of isolation.

Litz Type 4 Coaxial High-Purity Stock Cable:-

HiBy Yvain comes with a high-quality PCOCC cable with a Litz Type 4 Coaxial balanced design. It offers low internal resistance, and low distortion, and also protects the signal from external interferences. The cable adopts standard 0.78mm connectors and also has a swappable termination plug system. We get 3.5mm single-ended, 4.4mm balanced, and 2.5mm balanced plugs in the package.
