Stim-free recomp help with RipFactor®, KSM-66®, and 200mg DIM

Anabolic Warfare Project Cuts isn't your usual fat burner loaded with stimulants. It's a stim-free capsule that helps with body recomp and hormone support. The idea is to make your body's internal setup better for holding onto lean muscle, pushing hard even on low calories, and keeping metabolism and hormones in a good spot while you lean out. This works well for cutting, recomp phases, or cleaning up in the off-season, where stuff like appetite, stress, sleep issues, and estrogen handling can sneakily slow you down.

The main ingredient is RipFactor® at 325mg, a patented mix of Mangifera indica bark extract and Sphaeranthus indicus flower head extract. That's the starting point of the dose used in studies, and it counts. RipFactor has real human research showing better strength and muscle growth, thanks to boosting mTOR signaling, upping endothelial nitric oxide synthase, supporting healthy testosterone, and cutting down oxidative stress from workouts. In real life, you won't feel a big rush right away—it's about building a better setup for training and recovery over time.

KSM-66® Ashwagandha is in at 300mg, a solid clinical dose. KSM-66 is one of the best-researched ashwagandha brands out there, with tons of human studies. Here, it helps modulate the HPA axis—that means lowering stress and cortisol, boosting mood and recovery, and keeping your performance up when calories are low and life gets hectic. For a cutting supplement, that's a smart move. High cortisol is why a lot of athletes feel wiped out, under-recovered, and lose steam during diets.

Emodin from Polygonum cuspidatum is dosed at 250mg, landing at the top end of the emerging-use range. Mechanistically, emodin is a polyphenolic anthraquinone with

Key Highlights

  • 325mg RipFactor® — that's the entry-level clinical dose of this patented blend from Mangifera indica and Sphaeranthus indicus. Studies show it boosts strength and muscle growth by hitting mTOR signaling, supporting nitric oxide, and improving recovery.
  • 300mg KSM-66® Ashwagandha — a real clinical dose, not just a tiny bit. This is one of the top ashwagandha extracts for sports, here to keep cortisol in check, aid recovery, and make low-calorie days feel less draining.
  • 200mg DIM — hitting the high end of what's commonly used based on evidence. At this amount, DIM is meant to steer estrogen metabolism toward the better 2-hydroxyestrone path.
  • 50mg 7-Keto DHEA — added for metabolism support without turning into testosterone or estrogen like regular DHEA. It's a targeted choice for recomp supplements that want to help with output and body comp without being a basic hormone booster.
  • 250mg Emodin — a strong dose at the upper end of typical use. It's a polyphenolic compound with anti-inflammatory effects and signaling benefits, but heads up—it can ramp up gut movement.
  • 25mg 7-Methoxyflavone — matches the usual supplemental dose. Research is limited, but it's here to help balance androgens and estrogens by affecting aromatase.
  • 50mg 5,7-Dihydroxy-4'-methoxyflavone — another flavonoid that fits the hormone-modulation vibe. This shows Project Cuts is about body comp signaling, not just stimulants.
  • 100mg Brassaiopsis glomerulata leaf extract — a unique plant pick that sets this apart for recomp goals, instead of following the usual trends. It helps make this different from caffeine-heavy cutters without any real hormone strategy.

Who Is This For?

  • Physique guys starting a cut who need hormone and stress help without more caffeine on low calories. DIM, methoxyflavones, and KSM-66® keep you steady, recovered, and looking dry instead of chasing a stim buzz.
  • Intermediate bodybuilders doing high-volume training while holding muscle as fat drops. RipFactor® at 325mg adds muscle-retention and performance support that regular fat burners lack.
  • Late trainers who can't do stim thermogenics without bad sleep. Stim-free means it fits afternoon or evening lifts with adaptogenic and hormone ingredients for real recomp.
  • Dudes feeling flat, stressed, and slow to recover on tough diets. KSM-66® at 300mg is there to manage cortisol and stress, turning a rough cut into a good one.
  • Recomp folks wanting harder, sharper looks, not just lower weight. DIM at 200mg and 7-Keto DHEA at 50mg focus on comp quality over just sweat or appetite control.
  • Guys with a favorite pre-workout who don't want duplicate caffeine. This layers in for body comp, hormone balance, and stress without the stim overlap.

How to Use

Take 3 capsules daily with 8-12 oz water. Most folks like 30-60 minutes before training to tie it to your routine, but on off days, just keep the time consistent. If you're new to gut-active plants or have a sensitive stomach, start with 1-2 caps for a few days to check tolerance, then go full. A light meal can ease any gut discomfort from emodin—fasted might hit harder. Stim-free means it stacks fine with coffee, non-hormone pre-workouts, creatine, electrolytes, or protein without caffeine overload. Watch stacking with other hormone or estrogen supps since DIM and methoxyflavones are already working. Daily use beats cycling for most, especially in 4-8 week cut or recomp runs. Store cool and dry, keep capsules away from moisture.

What to Expect

First 0-30 minutes? Pretty quiet—no stimulants here. If taken empty, you might notice gut action from emodin before any energy. Week one is about getting used to it and sticking to timing, especially with food. By days 7-14, KSM-66® might make stress and recovery feel more even, especially on low calories. Weeks 2-4 are prime time: RipFactor® clicks with your training, and the hormone stuff from DIM and flavonoids has built up. It's a subtle, building formula. Judge it like a pre-workout and you'll miss it—check how your cut feels and looks over weeks, and you'll get why it's designed this way.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Project Cuts contain caffeine or stimulants?

No. Project Cuts is a stim-free capsule formula. Its effects are built around RipFactor®, KSM-66® Ashwagandha, DIM, 7-Keto DHEA, and flavonoid-based hormone support rather than caffeine, yohimbine, or other classic fat-burner stimulants.

How many capsules are in a serving of Project Cuts?

One serving is 3 capsules, and each bottle provides 30 servings. That means a full bottle is structured as a 30-day daily-use protocol.

What is RipFactor® doing in a cutting formula?

RipFactor® at 325mg gives Project Cuts a true body recomposition angle. Human research on RipFactor focuses on strength and muscle adaptation support through pathways involving mTOR signaling, nitric oxide biology, and oxidative stress management, which helps differentiate this formula from generic stimulant fat burners.

Is 300mg of KSM-66® enough to matter?

Yes. 300mg is a clinically legitimate dose of KSM-66®, one of the most researched branded ashwagandha extracts available. At this level, it is positioned to help with stress resilience, cortisol management, and recovery quality during a calorie deficit.

Why is DIM included at 200mg?

200mg is the top end of the common supplemental range for DIM and signals serious intent. DIM is used to support more favorable estrogen metabolism, shifting toward the 2-hydroxyestrone pathway and away from the more proliferative 16-alpha-hydroxyestrone pathway.

Can I take Project Cuts with my pre-workout?

Usually yes, especially because Project Cuts is stim-free. It stacks well with caffeine-based pre-workouts, creatine, pump products, and intra-workout hydration formulas, but use more caution if your stack already includes DIM, hormone modifiers, or other endocrine-focused ingredients.

Will I feel Project Cuts right away?

Not in the way you feel a pre-workout. This formula is mostly cumulative, so the benefits make more sense over 2-4 weeks of consistent use rather than from a day-one energy rush. The one immediate effect some users may notice is digestive activity from emodin.

Is Project Cuts hard on the stomach?

It can be for sensitive users because emodin at 250mg is known to stimulate gastrointestinal motility. If you are prone to digestive discomfort, start with a lower amount or take the capsules with food.

Is this product better for men or women?

The formula leans more naturally toward men because of its emphasis on estrogen metabolism, aromatase-related support, and physique-focused hormone architecture. Women should be especially cautious and consult a healthcare professional before using endocrine-active formulas like this.

How long should I use Project Cuts?

Most users will get the clearest value from using it through a dedicated 4-8 week cut or recomp block. That timeframe better matches the cumulative nature of KSM-66®, RipFactor®, and DIM than short-term or sporadic use.

Baby bumps and bodyguards
Format: Kindle
Dark, emotional, and unexpectedly tender, Not Ready is an omegaverse romance that delivers found family feels, fierce protectiveness, and a very pregnant heroine who refuses to break. Vale’s on the run from a stalker, but lands in the arms of three private security alphas, cue the swoony tension, fake marriage twist, and slow-burn heat. It’s a little gritty, a little soft, and a whole lot addictive. If you love protective alphas, high stakes, and heroines with quiet strength, this one’s a must-read.

Strong Omegaverse Comfort and a Attention Grabbing Plot
Format: Kindle
Jillian West never misses when it comes to Omegaverse, and Not Ready is no exception. This story was the perfect blend of cozy comfort and emotional depth while still delivering a strong plot. Vale is such a powerful heroine, she is strong, capable, and determined but I love that she still allows her pack to love and take care of her. It’s that balance of independence and vulnerability that makes her so relatable. The relationship dynamics were amazing: Bishop is steadfast and completely head over heels, Mercy is skeptical but protective in his own way, and Holt is the hesitant one whose slow fall is so satisfying to watch unfold. The romance hits that sweet spot between insta-love and cautious build, keeping me hooked the entire way through. And that ending. Oh my god, the cliffhanger! I need the next book in this duet immediately.

Interesting
Format: Kindle
So I will say I enjoyed the story, for sure had its moments where it dragged but it was a great story. I really liked that omegas picked their alphas/make the pack. Normally the Alphas make it and the omega fits in with them which is great but I enjoyed this new version where all the power basically went to the omega. It was a nice change of pace. I can admit some of the weird bedroom stuff with her being pregnant was odd, it’s really not hard to do stuff when pregnant (I know I’ve had two and it’s normal and even encouraged at the end especially if you want the baby out). But I like the story as a whole and will read the second, I do hope the next one isn’t dragged bc it stopped being action or tense after she met her alphas and I don’t think it was brought up or properly done when they tried to do it. More sweet after she left.

I’m a little disappointed.
Format: Kindle
I usually like Jillian West’s books but this one was missing a lot for me. The pregnancy didn’t come across as real. She’s on her feet for 12 hour days but is perfectly healthy at 8 months pregnant? Yet the week she moves in all of a sudden she’s not? She is planning on actually running during one of the plot buildups. But at 8 months pregnant that’s incredibly hard to do. The lack of breathing ability and lung space, the change in body center, mass, and gravity. All of it prohibits running, unless you’re an athlete this didn’t come off as at all realistic. I didn’t feel any connection with the alphas. There wasn’t any emotional connection. It could be because of the tense it was written in. But I didn’t get any deep feelings out of this. It came across as checking off boxes. Even the spicy scenes weren’t really believable for me. I wanted to see them fall for her, and it just kind of all fizzled. Even Bishop. One thing I did really like was the ending. I did not see it coming and I’m interested in reading book two because of it. But on the whole this book was mostly disappointing for me.

4.25 stars

Vale is an 8 month pregnant omega working as a waitress at a strip club and a cam girl. She starts to get very creepy vibes from a regular at the club, and her baby daddy ghosted her. She has had an online relationship with a man named Bishop through her cam girl status. One night, bishop was paying to watch her sleep and ansthe creepy regular Andrew break in and watch her sleep he tells vale to come to him at his business now. She flees and finds herself at a large security company with some.hot of alphas who are there to help her. This imegaverse is a little different than I have read, but I am thoroughly enjoying it. Vale is not a traditional omega she was raised by a single beta mom, and the alphas are not normal alphas they have never really loved pack life. But they are ruthless mercenaries. They need her, and she needs them. I love the aspect of the stalker and now the plot twists at the end, so so good. Sometimes, it seemed a little slow and stale mated, but since this a duet, I think It was just her starting to have Vale get to know her alpha suitors. Cliffhanger for sure with this one.
