Mother Plant
The mother plant is Anthurium Carlablackiae (OG1 x OG2) by Scott Cohen.
This exceptional Carlablackiae was personally collected during our visit to Scott Cohen’s nursery in Florida, USA.
Selected for its refined structure, dark foliage, strong venation, and premium Carla characteristics, this plant represents the qualities collectors look for in a high-end Carlablackiae.
A beautifully balanced specimen with the depth, texture, and elegance expected from this elite lineage.

Pollen Donor
The pollen donor is Anthurium Dusk Ablaze.
One of our original plants, and something we have kept fairly private over time. While we have never revealed the full background, many will recognise the likely Red Spider influence.
It has only been used in a small number of crosses, always producing very limited yields, but consistently contributing strong colour, depth, and dramatic character.
Dusk Ablaze is especially admired for its dark foliage, rich emergent colours, and refined velvet texture, making it one of the more distinctive plants in our collection.
