In his hands he holds the head rope for the donkey and a riding stick. The man wears a khanjar (dagger) on a belt and a waistcoat over his coloured thobe (long shirt). He also wears a patterned ghutra (headscarf) hanging loosely around his head and shoulders, which is topped with an 'agal (head rope). In the background a few trees grow in the sand. This image was taken between December 20, 1948, and January 27, 1949, during which time Wilfred Thesiger stayed with Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan in Al Ain and joined him on a number of hunting excursions.Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.

Nice mount, but you can’t have a remote cover
I do like this mount, and it’s super easy to put on. Unfortunately this mount tries to be snug enough so that you cannot use if there is a cover on the remote.

So cutie

This is a bit large for a travel size jewelry box lol I really thought it was going to be a bit smaller than what it was. I can see why some of the ladies in the comments are saying they’re using it as their main jewelry box since they don’t have much jewelry for a standard sized jewelry box.
With that being said, it’s cute and CAN be small enough for travel. It fits a lot and I got this one in particular bc I like that it has a bigger lower compartment for larger pieces. It’s a nice quality travel jewelry box. It’ll fit my needs. But if you have a knack for packing small and you value space. I’d say skip on this one or do due diligence to double check the measurements to see if it’s something you’re okay with packing.
