In order to provide a basic map of this lake which has been overlooked by traditional lake map publishers, we have taken the USGS 1: 24,000 topographic map data and overlayed it with a latitude longitude grid
Created from the most detailed USGS topographic maps (1:24,000), this map is waterproof and features GPS grid lines every 15 seconds.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This map was created from USGS topographic maps that, although current, may be many years old. In order to provide a basic map of this lake which has been overlooked by traditional lake map publishers, we have taken the USGS 1:24,000 topographic map data and overlayed it with a latitude/longitude grid spaced every 15 seconds to facilitate very precise GPS locating. USGS topos typically show roadways of all types (although only highways are labeled), bridges, buildings, etc., and of course, topography. We have not added any information that is not on the USGS maps.
