Initial maturation for three years in American oak ex-bourbon cask, imparting a rich foundation of sweetness and character. Next, it spent two and a half years in a Tasmanian Botrytis cask, infusing it with intriguing floral notes and the delicate essence of Riesling tropical fruit. To enhance complexity, depth and assist with structure and balance, it is finish in an American oak ex-bourbon cask for an additional six months, allowing the flavours to harmonise and reach their full potential.

Nose - Greeted by an enticing blend of floral aromas, reminiscent of a fragrant garden, intertwined with the allure of Riesling. Further complemented by treacle, succulent strawberries, nougat, tobacco, and a hint of zesty lemon meringue.

Palate - A well-balanced combination of vanilla, a touch of light earthiness, and the lusciousness of sweet, candied red fruits. The palate comes alive with a vibrant freshness, offering the tantalising experience of lemon sherbet, mandarin salted caramel, rye spice, and an intriguing interplay between sweetness and savoury notes.
