Set into the face of the ring is what we believe to be a replica Athenian tetradrachm, one of the most iconic coin designs of the ancient world. The top displays the helmeted head of Athena, the revered Greek goddess of wisdom and warfare. On the reverse, the famous owl of Athena is depicted. A powerful symbol of knowledge and protection;  here shown facing downward within the setting.

The coin is beautifully framed within the silver signet style mount, giving the ring a bold and sculptural presence on the hand while celebrating the enduring influence of classical antiquity.

The ring itself bears no visible date marks, and while the coin appears to be a replica rather than an ancient original, we cannot state this with absolute certainty.
