Granato carico dai riflessi porpora al bordo. Sentori di frutti rossi appaiono magicamente incastonati in una cornice di caffè, spezie e cioccolato. Il residuo zuccherino appare magistralmente ravvivato dalla freschezza e dalla sapidità, a vantaggio di una lunghezza fuori dagli schemi.

Il suadente Recioto della Valpolicella Classico DOCG “Le Novaje” 2019 viene prodotto con uve corvina, corvinone e rondinella, unite a piccole percentuali di varietà autoctone, raccolte nei vigneti di proprietà condotti in regime biologico. Dopo la vendemmia i grappoli sono posti in appassimento nel fruttato per almeno 140 giorni. La fermentazione è eseguita in acciaio e l’elevazione di 12 mesi in botti di legno di varie dimensioni. Il lato dolce della Valpolicella, si racconta nel calice attraverso un riuscito mix di forza, articolazione aromatica e strutturale.
