Affordable. Private. Hassle-Free.
- Rental Fee: $150 for 2 hours
- Need more time? Just $50 per additional hour
- Deposit: $50 nonrefundable deposit due at booking
- Final Payment: Due 7 days before your event
What’s Included
Your rental gives you exclusive access to:
- A private, cozy event room
- A break room for prep and relaxation
- The store’s boutique shopping experience during your event
- Tables & chairs (setup/takedown is your responsibility)
- General cleaning after your event
🧹 Your Responsibilities
To keep things smooth and stress-free for everyone:
- You handle your own setup and cleanup for food and décor
- Bring your own food, drinks, and party supplies
- Keep music at a respectful volume
- Limit guests to 10 people or fewer
- Respect the space, staff, and store policies
🚫 What’s Not Allowed
To keep our space safe and welcoming for all:
- No drugs or drug paraphernalia
- No smoking indoors or outside the entrance
- No excessively loud music or disruptive behavior
- No damage to furniture, fixtures, or store products
❗Cancellation & Refund Policy
- $50 deposit is nonrefundable
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your event will forfeit all payments
🚨 Immediate Termination Policy
Your event will be ended immediately without refund if:
- More than 10 people attend
- Drugs or drug paraphernalia are present
- Property is damaged or misused
- Guests or staff feel unsafe
- Loud, unruly, or disrespectful behavior occurs
- Any rules in this agreement are violated
Liability Agreement
You agree to cover any damages to the property. Creator’s Corner is not responsible for injuries, lost or stolen items, or third-party actions during your event.
