No-fuss creatine from a brand that knows real lifting.

Let's keep it simple: Core Nutritionals Creatine Monohydrate is all about straight-up creatine monohydrate, with reports showing 5 grams per serving in this 80-serving tub. Creatine monohydrate is super well-researched—it helps with high-intensity stuff like lifting heavier, pushing more reps, recovering faster between sets, and building lean muscle when you pair it with training. That's real results you can count on, not just talk.

Core Nutritionals brings the trust factor. Started by drug-free pro bodybuilder Doug Miller, it's got that athlete vibe over trendy fluff. They focus on quality, no-BS formulas, and skipping the hype, which is exactly what you want in a daily creatine: pure, easy, and reliable.

People grab creatine like this for the slow-build wins—better workouts over time, quicker recovery, fuller muscles, and steady gym progress. It's positioned as an everyday essential, not some hyped pre-workout.

Heads up on transparency: We don't have the full supplement facts panel to check doses ourselves. Sources say 5g creatine monohydrate per scoop, but no complete verified details on other ingredients, allergens, or manufacturing for this 80-serving version.

Key Highlights

  • Reports show 5g of creatine monohydrate per serving—that's the solid amount you see in most good supps.
  • 80 servings mean this tub lasts, perfect for daily use without running out quick.
  • Creatine monohydrate is backed by tons of studies for boosting strength, power, and intense training.
  • Core Nutritionals comes from drug-free physique pros, so it's trusted by serious gym people.
  • The brand says it's high-purity creatine monohydrate with a simple, hype-free vibe.
  • Directions from sources suggest one scoop a day—easy to stick with.
  • No stims here, so mix it in anytime: morning, pre, post, or off days.
  • Most folks use this for steady gym gains over weeks, not instant feels.

Who Is This For?

  • Bodybuilders wanting a reliable daily boost for strength, reps, and muscle pump
  • Powerlifters and strength folks chasing better repeat efforts in sessions
  • Everyday gym rats after a simple, proven supp without the extras
  • Guys and gals bulking who need help with lean gains
  • Athletes mixing their own stack: pre, protein, and creatine separate
  • Newbies starting with one of the most studied supps around

How to Use

Sources say 1 scoop per serving, mixed in about 8 ounces of water once a day. Consistency is huge with creatine—take it daily, even rest days. Lots of folks do pre or post for ease, but timing matters less than not missing. Drink plenty of water when you're on it. Full panel isn't verified, so check the actual package for exact info or extras.

What to Expect

Creatine isn't like caffeine—you won't buzz right away. Some notice better workouts or fuller muscles in the first week or two, especially if you're consistent and hydrated. Over a few weeks, you feel the real perks: more volume, stronger repeats, and easier progressive lifts. Daily use is key over occasional. That's where it really delivers long-term.

Gentle serum with nice ingredients
This serum is a milky white color that is a mediun texture (not watery, and not super thick) and spreads well and easily. It absorbs pretty quickly, and doesn't leave me too sticky after, nor has it caused any irritation in over a week of daily use. I also haven't noticed any difference yet in terms of brightening or wrinkle reduction, but 1) know that this can take up to 12 weeks with astaxanthin, and 2) already use niacinamide and vitamin c and have probably already seen as much progress as I can expect in the way of evening out skintone and reducing the appearance of freckles. In English, it says there are only 6 ingredients, but given the avaialable concentrations on the box (4.3% niacinamide, 0.01% astaxanthin) that doesn't make sense. The full ingredients list is only in Korean, but after using an online image translator can see that both lists include great ingredients that have all proven to be quite effective and are gentle for sensitive skin. I also really appreciate that it has the percent niacinamide on the box because this is a staple ingredient for me and so many products have it that it's nice to be able to know how much I'm using when I combine differemt serums and moisturizers that include it so that I'm in the zone that's best for my skin and not using too much.
