50 total maps. There are 3 maps for each of the 15 Congressional townships that make up Jersey County. Each Township has a Patent Map, Patent Index, Road Map, and a Map we call an Historical Map, which includes Waterways, Watercourses & Railroads. The Road and Historical Maps also include the City-centers and cemeteries found in the National Atlas. There is also a Surname/Patent Index and a Surname/Township Index to help you dive into the right area of the County. Included Appendices identify multi-Patentee buying groups and also list the numerous Aliquot (section) parts you might find. This book is constructed to last with a plastic spiral binding, acid-free paper, and a tough, laminated cover.

What is the relevant time-frame (years) for this book?

Whenever the land was first sold or transferred to the public by the United States government. But the truth is that most counties took decades to settle and it is not unusual to find counties where the first patent might date in the 1820s and the last one may be in the 1920s. The important thing to remember is that these are FIRST landowners---not for just a single date---but each parcel is labeled using the first landowner.

You can answer this question with total accuracy by searching the patents in the county you are interested in at the Bureau of Land Management General Land Office's website. This is, after all, our source for the patents that we map.

Durable toy!
Size: Small, Color: Textured Ring, Size: Small, Color: Textured Ring
Great toy for my beautiful Canela, she found it fun to play and chew all day long, the material is very strong, she could not destroy it, I did not smell beef or meat.

As durable as expected.
Size: Large, Color: Femur Bone, Size: Large, Color: Femur Bone
My dog loves it—more than any other bone she’s ever had. It’s not quite as durable as regular nylabone, but we expected that. This photo was taken after around 2 hours of super aggressive chewing by a very big German shepherd. It has no discernible smell, but obviously it has a flavor because she doesn’t want to put it down even for trips outside. It’s soft enough that it doesn’t cause that “are their teeth breaking?!” sound that a lot of offbrand nylon chews have. The classic femur shape is perfect. It’s the easiest shape for her to hold naturally. All around, perfect dog chew.

Heavy duty chewing, not heavy duty dropping
Size: X-Large, Color: Textured Ring
My super chewer loved this toy, great shape, provided long lasting entertainment. However, when he dropped it from his mouth onto our epoxy flooring (not a far drop as he’s only 50lbs) one chunk broke clean off at the 2 smaller joints. Although we kept the larger piece for a while, a similar drop a week later broke it again. Considering this is fairly inexpensive, I wasn’t expecting it to be indestructible. It’s just strange how it broke. Will probably buy again to test one more time.

My dog loves these things
Size: Large, Color: Femur Bone
My dog loves these things. They don't smell at all. It was a great price. It's big enough for my Frenchie. It's pretty durable but he is able to gnaw it rough so I do have to replace them periodically.

About as indestructible as it gets. It's just very hard molded material. I always make sure to wash the dog toys before letting them play, who knows where they come from. Picture is after hours/days of the built playing with it
