Born in the 1950's, Chinotto is Italy's most beloved sparkling drink, with distinct bitter orange flavours from the citrus oils of the myrtle-leaved Chinotto oranges of sun-kissed Southern Italy.
Nose - Blasts of burnt orange, toasted cinnamon and peat smoke jump from the glass.
Palate - Buttery crepes suzette, accompanied by intense smoky marmalade and grape fruit that dominate the moment.
