10g Citrulline. 400mg Caffeine. Full Label High-Energy Focus.

Black Magic Supply BZRK VOODOO is a no-secrets, high-energy pre-workout that hits hard on pumps, stims, and brain focus. The label shows it all: 10,000mg L-Citrulline DL-Malate 2:1, 1,500mg L-Tyrosine, 750mg DMAE bitartrate, 750mg inositol arginine silicate, 400mg caffeine anhydrous, 25mg TeaCrine, and 200mcg huperzine A. It's built to boost blood flow, wake you up quick, and keep your head in the game.

At the core is that 10g of L-citrulline malate 2:1. Citrulline turns into arginine in your kidneys better than taking arginine straight, which ramps up nitric oxide for wider blood vessels, better muscle blood flow, and nutrient delivery during lifts. Even with the malate part, this dose is huge compared to the weak 3-6g in a lot of other pre-workouts. You'll feel fuller pumps, bigger muscle swells, and that 'muscles are working' vibe on high-rep sets.

The energy and focus side is spot on too. 400mg caffeine anhydrous is a real high dose that boosts alertness, makes effort feel easier, and ramps up your drive. Not for newbies. Then 1,500mg L-tyrosine adds in as a building block for brain chemicals like dopamine and norepinephrine. Studies on tyrosine for workouts are iffy, but it fits here—caffeine cranks those chemicals, and tyrosine supplies the basics. The B6 helps that process too. In real life, it means smoother focus and staying locked in even when you're beat.

BM BZRK Voodoo by Black Magic Supply contains 10mg Vitamin B1, a clinical dose for training performance and pump.

Key Highlights

  • 10,000mg L-Citrulline DL-Malate 2:1 — that's a massive pump dose for this category. Citrulline boosts arginine levels better than straight arginine, kicking up nitric oxide for wider blood vessels and the kind of lasting pump you actually feel during tough lifts.
  • 400mg Caffeine Anhydrous — real high-stim level, not some weak energy claim. It wakes you up, sharpens your drive, and makes the workout feel less grindy, but yeah, this one's for folks who handle it.
  • 1,500mg L-Tyrosine — solid amount for a focus-driven pre. It's a precursor for key brain chemicals, pairing great with caffeine if you want mental staying power, not just a quick buzz.
  • 750mg DMAE Bitartrate — thrown in to amp up alertness and that dialed-in training vibe. In brain-boosting pre-workouts, DMAE gives you focus you notice mid-set, not just label hype.
  • 200mcg Huperzine A — strong dose that blocks an enzyme to keep acetylcholine going. That's key for staying concentrated, feeling your movements, and nailing that mind-muscle link in premium pre's.
  • 25mg TeaCrine — smart add to the 400mg caffeine. Theacrine teams up with caffeine for smoother, longer energy instead of the sharp spike and crash you get from caffeine solo.
  • 750mg Inositol Arginine Silicate — extra layer for blood flow and performance on top of citrulline. It's under the 1,500mg studied for big Nitrosigine perks, but still brings another angle instead of all-in on one ingredient.
  • 250mg Inositol Hexanicotinate — flush-free niacin that boosts circulation and energy support. Nicer than regular niacin if you hate the tingly flush but want the benefits.

Who Is This For?

  • Seasoned high-stim fans who know 300-400mg caffeine is fine. The 400mg anhydrous plus 25mg TeaCrine gives bold energy, and 10g citrulline malate adds real action beyond buzz.
  • Pump chasers in hypertrophy mode with long sessions, short rests, and focus on feel. Citrulline vasodilation plus huperzine A, DMAE, and tyrosine help with fullness and sharp contractions.
  • Mid-to-advanced builders in grind phases needing pre to keep mental fire through accessories, not just mains. Nootropic mix holds your edge after the caffeine rush fades.
  • Early birds wanting quick, strong wake-up. Caffeine hits fast, tyrosine and TeaCrine structure it better than plain coffee.
  • Lifters upgrading from basic stims that skipped pumps. 10,000mg citrulline malate 2:1 beats the lame 3-4g in starter pre's.
  • Folks who dig open labels to check doses and science themselves. No blends here—see every ingredient's real deal.

How to Use

If it's new or 400mg caffeine is your max, start with half a scoop. Full scoop for vets who know high-stims. Take 20-30 minutes pre-workout so caffeine and nootropics build alertness before heavy sets. Shake in 10-16 ounces cold water; more water helps if flavors are strong or you want it smoother. Empty stomach for faster kick, light meal to ease if it's too much. Don't mix with coffee, energy drinks, or other stims unless you track total caffeine and your limits. Good with separate creatine, intra hydration, or post protein based on your setup. Tolerance builds with high caffeine, so save for big days or break to stay sensitive. Keep it sealed in a cool, dry spot for freshness.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: you mix and drink, feel hydration building, and alertness starts creeping in slow, not slamming. Minutes 10-20: caffeine hits clearer, you feel more awake, driven, and focused in a good way. Minutes 20-40: peak time for most, with 400mg caffeine, tyrosine, DMAE, TeaCrine, and huperzine feeling strong, plus 10g citrulline showing as better pumps and fullness in warm-ups and early sets. Minutes 40-90: it holds up without quick fade, thanks to TeaCrine. Days 1-7: it's all about that day-of boost since no loading stuff. Weeks 2-4: no big accumulators like creatine, so benefits come from nailing your timing, water, and tolerance for consistent killer workouts.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Black Magic BZRK VOODOO per serving?

Each full serving provides 400mg of caffeine anhydrous plus 25mg TeaCrine. The caffeine is the primary stimulant driver, while TeaCrine is included to help make the energy feel more sustained and less one-dimensional.

Is BZRK VOODOO a beginner pre-workout?

No. With 400mg caffeine anhydrous, 200mcg huperzine A, and additional focus ingredients like tyrosine and DMAE, this is better suited to experienced stimulant users who already know how they respond to aggressive pre-workouts.

What does the 10g citrulline malate dose actually do?

L-citrulline is converted to arginine and helps raise nitric oxide production, which supports vasodilation and blood flow. At 10,000mg of citrulline malate 2:1, BZRK VOODOO is positioned for a noticeably stronger pump and fuller training feel than the underdosed 3-4g formulas common in the category.

When should I take BZRK VOODOO before training?

Most users will do best taking it 20-30 minutes before lifting. That timing gives the caffeine and nootropic ingredients enough time to absorb so the formula is peaking as your working sets begin.

Should I start with a full scoop?

Not unless you already know you tolerate high-stim formulas well. Because one serving contains 400mg caffeine, starting with half a scoop is the smarter move for first-time users or anyone uncertain about their tolerance.

Does BZRK VOODOO contain a proprietary blend?

No. One of the strongest parts of this product is that the formula is fully disclosed, so you can see every listed active ingredient and its exact dose without guessing.

Can I stack BZRK VOODOO with coffee or an energy drink?

That is usually a bad idea unless you are intentionally managing total stimulant intake and know your personal ceiling. Since the formula already supplies 400mg caffeine anhydrous, adding more stimulants can quickly push the experience from productive to excessive.

Does this formula contain creatine or beta-alanine?

No, and that is useful for many advanced users. It keeps the formula focused on acute pump, energy, and focus, while letting you add standalone creatine or beta-alanine separately at your preferred daily dose.

What is huperzine A doing in this pre-workout?

Huperzine A helps preserve acetylcholine by inhibiting acetylcholinesterase. In practical terms, that supports concentration, attention, and the sharper mind-muscle connection many users want from a nootropic-style pre-workout.

Is the inositol arginine silicate dose strong enough?

It is a useful addition, but it sits below the 1,500mg dose commonly associated with the most studied branded Nitrosigine protocols. In this formula it works best viewed as complementary support layered on top of the already strong 10g citrulline malate base.

Reasonably adequate room divider
Size: 4 Panel-88'', Color: Beige
I'm reviewing this as I assemble it. Couple things: 1. I didn't expect as much assembly. I've ordered dividers before and they more-or-less came as one unit. Sometimes the panels needed screwing together. These require complete assembly and come largely as three rods: two make up vertical columns and snap together. Another one (called part "C") makes the horizontal columns and you have two of these per panel (one attaches to part "A" and the other part "B"). These parts are metal with a plastic shim. Using the wood screws to attach to part "C" is a real pain in the neck. There's not much holding the panel in place so it's a little tricky. One tactic I've found while I'm assembling that works for the initial connections from parts A and B to their respective "C" rods is to hold the screw in place with a screw driver and then rotating the rod around the screw. This will do a number on your hands if you aren't wearing gloves. This obviously doesn't work when completing the connection. Using a driller driver on this is really near impossible because there isn't anything you can use to secure it in place. You can use it on the first panel, but as it gets longer, it becomes increasingly difficult and because it isn't wood, it's really tight. I considered drilling larger pilot holes but since there are only 4x4=16 screws I need to screw in, I just decided to use my screw driver to complete it. 2. Also related to assembly. When completing the panels (attaching parts "A" and "B" to parts "C" that have the cloth cover on it), you have to be careful that when you tighten that side that it isn't loosening the other side. Because the pilot holes are so tight, you can end up rotating the rod, which rotates it in the same direction as looser on the original side. Having someone hold the "C" rod in place while you screw it in is probably the easiest approach. I didn't have a 2nd person, so I just had to keep flipping back and forth and tightening both sides as I screwed it in. Not the worlds biggest deal, but annoying nonetheless. 3. The way the instructions are written, they seem to suggest building this thing progressively; that is, you do panel 1, then 2, connect them together, then do 3 and connect it, etc. I took a different route that I suspect saved me quite a bit of trouble, and I assembled all four panels first and THEN connected everything together. 4. For the love of God make sure you check that the plastic tip is on the same side for every panel. Otherwise, you have to take one side apart again and reverse it. On the bright side, if this happens, you've essentially bored out the pilot holes to be the correct size... which is having me question if I shouldn't have just bored them out to the appropriate width in the first place. 5. Attaching all of the panels together is also an enormous pain in the ass unless you happen to have an 88" long elevated surface. Attaching the legs either requires you to elevate one side, which will invariably twist the inexplicably cheap material in the bottom connectors... or you can attach them sideways... or you can put this thing upright, having two people hold the panels in place while you use the allen wrench to tighten the bolts on the underside. None of those are particularly great options. NOW on to the utility itself. 1. The panels do let some light through (I didn't believe their advertising, and that was one of the reasons that I bought beige, is that I wanted it to not be too dark). They aren't transparent though, so it isn't that far off from their description. They functionally work great, and keep the mess of wires hidden and when I'm sitting at my desk, actually reflect quite a bit of light into my office. Great! 2. My wife has described these as "the most hideous piece of furniture ever conceived of by man." So it does not have spouse approval factor. Granted, she will seldom be in my office area, so that isn't the end of the world. 3. These are really hard to align in a way that doesn't look a little tacky. There are some plastic connectors but they don't do a bang up job of keeping these in place. Each panel is slightly tilted and it's... quite obvious. I may at some point make my own improvements to these to help make them more level. It's not a particularly expensive product so I wasn't expecting much so it's fine and I'm not going to ding them on the rating because of it. All said, would I buy this product again? Probably not. It's assembly was ~90 minutes which is about 75 minutes longer than I was anticipating spending on this (not including the 5 minute writeup that I'm doing here). But am I going to return it? Also no, if for no other reason I'd be just as annoyed taking it apart and putting it in the original box to return it.

if you are going to be moving them a lot, buy something more sturdy.
Color: Black, Size: Wheel-6 Panel
I use these at our churchc. They are pretty good, not terribly study and the screw that hold the faabric have pulled out in a couple of places. But they wqould work especially well if you were not constantly moving them as we do. They are a bit of a pain to assemble.
