2024+ GMC Sierra 2500 / 3500 HD
Built specifically for Sierra HD trucks with the AEV HD Front Bumper, this version mounts directly into the bumper’s reinforced structure to help distribute impact forces instead of transferring them into the body. It uses up to 3-inch mandrel-bent tubing, a corrosion-resistant E-coat and powder coat finish, and supports up to two AEV 7000 Series lights (sold separately). It maintains full GM forward-facing camera compatibility and requires minor drilling for installation.
2024+ Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD / 3500HD
Designed for Silverado HD trucks with the AEV HD Front Bumper, this version uses the same protection concept with geometry tailored to the Silverado front end. It mounts into the bumper’s reinforced structure for better impact distribution and is built from up to 3-inch heavy-wall steel tubing with a durable corrosion-resistant finish. It supports up to two AEV 7000 Series lights (sold separately), retains full GM camera functionality, and requires minor drilling for installation.
