Meat Neat Board Pro, an all-in-one device that’s perfect for medium to large meeting rooms – and open spaces. Designed for the modern workplace and fully certified for Google Meet Hardware, you’ll have the flexibility to use Neat Board Pro to conduct traditional video meetings as well as more interactive sessions.

Neat Board Pro features a 65-inch 4K touch display that’s protected with anti-glare and anti-fingerprint coatings. It includes the magnetic, pressure-sensitive Neat Active Marker and, when deployed as Google Meet Hardware, can integrate natively with third-party whiteboarding platforms FigJam, Lucidspark and Miro to create a natural, collaborative experience. Need to join a meeting on a platform not supported by Google Meet Hardware? The addition of BYOD mode means that you can quickly connect and launch your meetings directly from your own device using a single USB-C cable.

💡 Google Meet Hardware on Android-based devices such as Neat Board Pro support native interoperability with Zoom and Webex. Microsoft Teams is coming later; or deploy Pexip to get Teams interop immediately without any extra hardware. With the USB-C cable, Neat Board Pro becomes an extension of your laptop – letting you join a call on any platform, including Teams, with the applications on your laptop.

Audio and video

Neat Bar Pro packs a subwoofer with two opposing drivers for vibration cancellation and three full-range speakers which produce direct stereo sound throughout any room. It also features a 16-microphone array with beamforming and voice tracking to ensure clear vocal pickup without background noise. Neat Board Pro consists of two 50MP cameras – a wide-angle lens and a telephoto lens – with which Neat delivers three framing modes: adaptive group framing, dynamic individual framing and dynamic speaker focus. Neat Board Pro intelligently blends the images from both lenses to capture the best image of each person in the room.

Flexible setup

The included table stand makes it easy to get set up quickly. You also have the option to mount the device to the wall with either the fixed or adaptive wall mount. For even more flexibility, you can attach Neat Board Pro to the adaptive stand – a height-adjustable and mobile solution.

Expandable capabilities

Looking for more? Connect and add other devices to enhance your meeting experience, including:

  • Neat Center, a tabletop camera that offers remote participants an additional viewing angle, while its additional 16 microphones ensure voices at the far end are picked up more clearly, improving meeting equity
  • Neat Pad, which can be used as either a meeting room touch controller or scheduling display* with various mounting options – or simply lay it flat on the table

*Google Meet Hardware does not have a native scheduling application for room booking panels. Neat Pad supports third-party platforms that integrate with Google Calendar such as Comeen and Robin. Contact us for more details.

Remote management, faster resolutions

Neat Pulse is the free platform for managing your estate of Neat devices, even taking control of devices remotely and being able to interact with them from your web browser. With a paid plan, you get access to priority support backed by SLAs, advanced troubleshooting, API access and even extended warranty and next-day hardware replacements (where available).

great read for underwriters of multifamily deals
Format: Kindle
Rob lays out a succinct and thorough summary of his underwriting process, questions industry standards while sharing his opinions, and discusses risk management and analyses for deals during the underwriting process. Highly recommend for newer and more seasoned underwriters and investors to build or sharpen multifamily underwriting fundamentals and details. He also shares his model as the example.

Full of useful information
Format: Paperback
As context, I've underwritten about 100 deals and attended some basic underwriting classes. Rob's book was very useful to me, both in helping me gain better skills in underwriting basics (stabilization time period and how unit renovations and rent bumps are modeled/phased-in as well as when to start applying rent escalator) as well as higher level topics, like partnership structures, sensitivity analyses, and judging the returns. In all of these higher level topics I learned several new topics (and calculations to add to my underwriting) and would guess that even experienced investors would pick up a few quality nuggets in these sections.

A Grounding, Practical, and Surprisingly Reassuring Guide for the Modern College Search
Format: Hardcover
Our family absolutely loves this book, having followed Jeff for many years, purchasing this was an easy choice. We’ve been deep in the college search process for a while now, and like many families, we spent a lot of time trying to balance ambition, fit, finances, outcomes, and the emotional side of it all. “Dream School” was one of the few resources that actually helped us calm down and make clearer decisions. What stood out most is how realistic and grounded the book is. You'll keep wanting to go to the end to look at the list of schools, but read the book. It doesn’t push prestige for the sake of prestige, and it doesn’t pretend that college admissions follow a straight line. Instead, it helps you think honestly about what a “right fit” really means...academically, socially, financially, and emotionally. For our family, this gave us a framework to rationalize all the moving pieces rather than chasing names or getting overwhelmed by noise from online forums and comparison culture. As we evaluated schools across different regions, majors, sizes, and price points, this book helped us step back and ask the right questions. It pushed us to think about values and outcomes instead of just rankings. It helped us understand why certain schools felt like better matches, even if they weren’t the ones everyone talks about on social media. Most importantly, it gave us permission to stop second-guessing ourselves and to trust the process we built together. Anyone going through the modern admissions process knows it can become emotionally exhausting, with hyper-competitive acceptance rates, endless online commentary, and constant chats with ChatGPT, which tells me what I want to hear rather than the truth. This book eased a lot of that stress. It helped our family see the big picture, prioritize what truly matters, and make decisions with confidence rather than fear of missing out. If you’re a parent or student trying to navigate the college search in a thoughtful, balanced way, I can’t recommend “Dream School” enough. It doesn’t just help you find the right college, it helps you remember why you’re doing this in the first place.
