Tá dược vừa đủ 100 g
Công dụng: Trị các chứng đau lưng cấp, mãn, đau thần kinh tọa, viêm khớp chân tay co duỗi khó khăn, té ngã, bong trật gân do lao động hoặc khi chơi thể thao. Nhức mỏi cơ bắp, trẹo cổ, mỏi gáy, đau đầu, côn trùng cắn.
Cách dùng: Chỉ dùng xoa hoặc bóp ngoài da. Nên rửa sạch và lau khô vùng da trước khi bôi cao xoa lên chỗ bị đau. Ngày 3 đến 4 lần, dùng Bạch hổ hoạt lạc cao bôi lên chỗ vùng bị đau hoặc bôi lên các huyệt vị. Sau đó lấy sống bàn tay chà sát (vừa phải đừng mạnh tay quá) hoặc day đối với các huyệt vị.
Chống chỉ định: Không dùng cho trẻ em dưới 5 tuổi.
Thận trọng: Phụ nữ có thai và cho con bú.
