How to use:
- Dip the brush once and apply to the skin along the upper lash line on both eyes. Do not wash off.
- Allow to dry for at least 90 seconds before applying other eye products. There's no need to apply to the lower lash line.
When to use:
Use twice daily, AM and PM, on clean, dry skin.
Once lashes have reached your desired length, reduce frequency to 2-3 times per week for maintenance.
