If it is designed to safely store and transport ammunition it should be good enough for your Lipo batteries right? This is a 30 calibre (7.62mm) ammunition box that has dimensions of 28cm x 18cm x 8cm (Internal size = 25cm x 15cm x 7cm) . This can store a load of 1550 batteries to take to the flying field with you. These boxes are considerably stronger than the fireproof lipo bags you commonly see people using.

Although these ammunition boxes are genuine, they have been used /abused by the army. All the boxes we sell are in serviceable condition (so they are sealed and can open/close). However they do contain have wear including chipped paint, rust and other markings/dents/debris. All images shown are for illustrative purposes only.

Keeping your battery inside this ammo box is not a substitute for safe battery handling practice . Please also note that these boxes still include a rubber seal. There is reason to believe that if one of your batteries do burn inside the box it can cause an excessive build up of pressure so its a good idea to drill a vent hole into the box.
