Questa scelta si ritrova piacevolmente anche nellAlsace Riesling Vieilles Vignes. Fermenta in acciaio e matura sulle fecce fini. Ha razza ed eleganza.
È perfetto se abbinato con i crauti. Ottimo con tutte le pietanze a base di carne bianca e pesce, meglio se dacqua dolce. Da provare con la trota al cartoccio.
