Brain Boost+ is a powerful combination of paraxanthine, alpha-GPC, lion's mane, N-acetyl L-tyrosine (NALT) and L-Theanine help to increase energy levels, cognitive function, motivation, and focus all while reducing fatigue. Brain Boost+ may also aid in the prevention of age-related cognitive decline and has neuroprotective properties without the jitters or crash. The ingredients included in Brain Boost+ have shown positive changes in brain wave activity specifically delta and theta waves which are associated with focus and decision making under pressure, making it the ideal formula to utilize when needing a desired edge.

Paraxanthine (enfinity) is caffeine's primary metabolite in the human body, contributing to the vast majority of caffeine's beneficial effects. It is a central nervous system stimulant without the toxicity associated with caffeine and has shown greater benefits than caffeine itself. Caffeine has numerous issues with the gene (CYP1A2, caffeine metabolizer gene), where some are slow metabolizers and deal with much of the side effects and fast metabolizers get little of the benefits. Only about 30% are ideal metabolizers of caffeine leading to much diversity in how it is experienced. When ingested, enfinity functions more consistently than caffeine, leading to fewer side effects, greater enjoyability, improved mood, and a more focused mindset.

Multiple studies have shown those benefits to include:

  • Energy, focus, and wakeful clarity.
  • Enhanced mood and sense of wellbeing.
  • Neuroprotective cognitive accelerant.
  • Improved reaction time and reduced mental errors.
  • Increased caloric expenditure and thermogenesis.
  • Significantly lessened side effects of caffeine with dramatically reduced toxicity.
  • More consistent results: eliminates caffeine's genetic variability, reducing crashes and anxiety.

Alpha-GPC or Alpha-Glycerophoscholine, is a natural compound found in the brain that also exists in small amounts in certain foods. It's known for its potential cognitive enhancement and physical performance properties. GeniusPure Alpha-GPC is a new breakthrough version, 90% yield that is engineered to be hygroscopically stable. Various studies show alpha-GPC supports cognitive function, memory and learning. Alpha-GPC is a precursor to acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter critical for brain health and crosses the blood-brain barrier.

Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus) is a type of mushroom that has been used in traditional medicine for its potential health benefits especially for the brain. Lion's Mane contains compounds that may stimulate the production of nerve growth factor (NGF) in the brain. NGF is involved in the growth, maintenance, and survival of neurons. By promoting NGF production, Lion's Mane may support brain health and cognitive function.

N-acetyl L-tyrosine (NALT) is a modified form of the amino acid L-tyrosine. Tyrosine is a precursor to several important neurotransmitters, including dopamine, norepinephrine, and epinephrine. These neurotransmitters play key roles in mood regulation, focus, attention, stress support and cognitive function.

L-Theanine is an amino acid known for its calming effects and potential benefits for relaxation, focus and cognitive function. It is known to have a synergistic effect when paired with paraxanthine promoting alertness and focus without the jittery side effects often associated with caffeine use. L-Theanine can cross the blood-brain barrier and affect various neurotransmitters in the brain such as GABA, serotonin and dopamine. It is also known to increase alpha brain wave activity which is associated with a relaxed but alert mental state.

A Beta Worth Rooting For
Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Good start to a series
Format: Kindle
I delayed reading the series for reasons I don’t remember. But my TBR list is huge so I thought I’d take a shot of this and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think the blurb about it was anything special. But it was a very good book. It took some interesting twists and turns. I am so glad the second book is already out. Because I would not have waited patiently. Very slow burn but good storyline. 🔥🔥/5

A good read
Format: Kindle
Multiple points of view. 3 Alpha men and an Omega male. She is a Beta in training for a new program placing betas in Alpha/Omega packs. Mila is only doing the program for the money to take care of her dad. She wasn't expecting to fall for a pack but when she sees this packs Omega she is done for. There is just something about him. His Alphas are good looking as well. Too bad she is hiding a secret and their government is acting shady. I liked it and can't wait to see where their story goes.
