Care & Maintenance

As a raw carbon steel product, specific maintenance is required to prevent oxidation:
Commissioning: Wash thoroughly with soap and water to remove the manufacturer’s protective lacquer before first use.
Post-Use: Hand wash only and dry immediately with a cloth. Do not air-dry.
Storage: Wipe a light coating of vegetable oil over the entire surface before storing in a dry place.
Oxidation: If rust appears, scrub with a mild abrasive and reapply oil immediately.
