Bianco dal colore giallo paglierino, ha piacevolissimi sentori di fiori e frutta al naso, rose e spezie insieme a frutta tropicale, sono intensi e avvolgenti. In bocca è morbido e delicato, con ancora un sentore di frutta tropicale. Una piacevolissima beva, insolita per un Gewürztraminer secco di questo tipo.

Un prodotto davvero eccezionale di una delle più famose aziende di Francia. Oggi emozionante, tra qualche anno sicuramente di più, l'Alsace Gewürztraminer del Domaine Zind-Humbrecht è intenso ma non sfacciato, in perfetto stile vecchio continente.

Uno tra i più grandi vini alsaziani, perfetto se abbinato con salmone affumicato o tartare di tonno.
