To perform an injector replacement on your 305hp 5.9L Cummins, it takes more than just a new set of injectors. BD Diesel has developed a kit that includes everything you could possibly need to perform an injector replacement with remanufactured injectors, new lines, valve cover gaskets, Bosch connector tubes, and intake manifold gasket. Replacing the connector tubes is especially important when installing new injectors due to the way the tube seals itself to the injector body. Re-using connector tubes can result in a leak forming between the connector tube and the injector body. The BD OEM fit fuel lines eliminate the chance of old corroded lines injecting contaminates into your new injectors causing performance and reliability issues.
