Terminal Strips
- Use as a common negative/neutral bus for AC or DC systems. Dual terminal strips in 4 or 8 screw positions on 3/4? centers are secured to a high density insulated base. All hardware, bus material and fasteners are nickel-plated brass.
- #8 screws accommodate various size ring terminals and each terminal strip is rated for 100 amps.
- Interlocking bases allow use of multiple terminal strips and bus bars (described below) to produce secure and neat wiring assemblies. The terminal strip bases have provisions for either #8 or #10 mounting screws, and no conductive parts in the base are exposed to the mounting surface.

I now have a new favorite real estate investing book. Real Estate by the Numbers has now been added to my permanent investing collection of must-reads. I bought Frank's book, similar topic, 20 years ago as I began my then "casual" interest in investing. I find J & Dave's book more accessible with anecdotal stories that help deliver the content in an easy-to-grasp style for both newcomers and existing real estate pros alike. Know anybody seeking financial freedom through real estate investing? Buy them a copy of J &Dave's new book (or both)!

Great, Awesome, and Entertaining
Format: Paperback
My son loves this graphic novel! We preordered, it just arrived and we are already a little over halfway thru. My son is still a toddler so I have to read it to him. I'm enjoying it just as much as he is. The story is actually broken up into two smaller books. There's no other chapters but plenty of "natural pauses" to indicate a change in scene. The story so far is great. Very entertaining with some nice humor mixed in. Love the artwork style as well. You won't be disappointed with purchasing this.
