How to use:
HAIR:
Peppermint oil is a great natural way to nourish your hair. You can use it by mixing3-5 drops with a carrier oil or adding it to your regular shampoo or conditioner. Massage it into your scalp, leave it on for a few minutes, and rinse off. Both methods work well and offer great results.
FACE:
To use peppermint essential oil on your face, mix 1-2 drops into your serum or cream and apply it gently. You can also mix it with Rosehip oil for a relaxing facial spa experience.
(Note: Peppermint essential oil is photosensitive and should only be used at night.)
BODY:
Mix 2-3 drops of peppermint oil with aloevera gel or warm coconut oil and apply to dry or itchy skin for a soothing massage. Massage the diluted peppermint oil mixture onto sore muscles or joints to relax and alleviate discomfort.
