Two-Channel Electrotherapy

TheraTouch CX2 is a two-channel electrotherapy and ultrasound unit that offers a wide range of treatment options. Making it an economical option, the multi-patient function allows the practitioner to treat up to three patients at once. The two channels offer 1 MHz and 3 MHz of therapeutic ultrasound with pulsed and continuous output modes.

Customized Clinical Protocols

The device features eight evidence-based clinical protocols for stimulation, with ability to customize parameters and save up to 99 user-defined protocols for future use. Easy to read LCD touch screen displays a menu-driven interface. The bilingual interface (choose between English and Spanish) intuitively groups and displays clinical protocols to guide clinicians step by-step to ensure an ideal therapeutic treatment. The interface also has an anatomical library with electrode placement recommendations.

Used to Strengthen Muscles

Waveforms include Interferential, Premodulated, Biphasic (Symmetrical, Asymmetrical, RAAS), NMS, Russian, High Volt, and Microcurrent. Rapid Agonist Antagonist Sequencing (RAAS) is a unique electrotherapy waveform that mimics the typical firing pattern of healthy-muscle contractions. This waveform is used to train and strengthen weak and inhibited muscles following trauma, such as surgery or other injury.
