Why Upgrade?
The factory BMW G8X transmission cooler was designed for a vehicle weighing up to 1,850 kg and producing approximately 550 hp.

Setrab 625

- Suitable for vehicles weighing up to 2,000 kg
- Ideal for fast road, track day, and moderately tuned applications
- Provides a substantial increase in cooling capacity over the factory BMW cooler
Setrab 925
- Ideal for fast road and track vehicles producing 800 hp and above
- Recommended for heavier vehicles weighing 2,000 kg+
- Particularly well suited for towing, endurance driving, and sustained high-load use
- Offers approximately 26% more core volume than the Setrab 625 and 43.9% more core volume than the factory BMW cooler
As vehicle weight, power, and load increase, so does transmission heat generation. Choosing the correct cooler ensures stable transmission temperatures, consistent performance, and maximum drivetrain reliability under demanding conditions.
