The 3Monkeez 200mm vinyl floor waste series is a heavy-duty drainage solution specifically designed for large-scale commercial environments. Engineered to fit 150mm pipework, this system ensures a professional, watertight seal with vinyl floor coverings while providing superior flow capacity and safety.
Available Configurations:
- Floor Waste Arrestor (Complete Kit): The comprehensive trade waste solution. Includes the 200mm Vinyl Grate, clamping ring, secondary strainer, and a Removable Stainless Steel Basket (FW-200VBRT-150) to catch large debris and prevent 150mm line blockages.
- Standard Floor Waste: A high-capacity 200mm round vinyl floor waste assembly (FW-200VRT-150) featuring the Heel Proof safety grate and secure clamping flange.
- Replacement Parts: Separate 304 Grade stainless steel baskets are available for maintenance and site upgrades.
Material Grade Selection: Grade 304 Stainless Steel is the standard for commercial kitchens and laundries. For environments exposed to heavy chemicals or coastal conditions, we recommend Grade 316 Marine Grade for its maximum resistance to pitting and corrosion.
