6g Citrulline, 200mg Caffeine, AlphaSize® Focus, Full Disclosure

Hey, heads up—the name says digestive enzymes, but this is straight-up a capsule pre-workout. Looking at what's really in it, Bucked UP gives you a no-nonsense stack for nitric oxide boost, energy from stims, and better focus during lifts. The idea is simple: 200mg caffeine gets you feeling it right away, 6,000mg citrulline malate helps with blood flow and pump, and the extras make your session feel stronger overall.

The big one is Citrulline Malate at 6,000mg. That's key because citrulline ramps up nitric oxide by turning into arginine in your body—way better than taking arginine straight, which doesn't absorb as well. In the gym, you notice better blood flow, muscles feeling fuller, and hanging in there longer on sets. 6g is a solid dose that most serious users want.

Beta-Alanine is at 2,000mg. It helps build carnosine in your muscles, which fights off the acid buildup that makes high-rep sets burn like crazy. Studies back it, but the sweet spot is usually 3,200-6,400mg a day. So 2g helps, but it's not the full load— you'll probably feel the tingle, and real benefits come with steady use over time, though it'd be even better higher.

Caffeine Anhydrous at 200mg is what gives it that quick kick. It's a middle-of-the-road dose: enough to boost your alertness, drive, how intense you train, and that energy feel without going overboard into crash territory.

Key Highlights

  • 6,000mg Citrulline Malate — this is the kind of dose that pump chasers love, not some weak add-on. It boosts nitric oxide via the arginine path, opening up blood flow for that fuller feel from start to finish in your sets.
  • 200mg Caffeine Anhydrous — a practical stim hit that wakes you up, gets you motivated, and keeps energy noticeable without making it a jitter fest. For most folks, this locks you in strong without taking over.
  • 200mg AlphaSize® — that's branded alpha-GPC from Chemi Nutra, here to sharpen your brain and help with mind-muscle link. It makes the energy feel smooth and on-point, especially for lifts that need precision or hypertrophy focus.
  • 2,000mg Beta-Alanine — not the max daily dose from studies, but still worth it if you're consistent. It builds carnosine to buffer acid in muscles, helping you push through fatigue on efforts from 1 to 10 minutes.
  • Fully disclosed label — everything's listed out with doses, which is huge in a world of mystery blends. You can check it against what you know and other products without any guesswork.
  • AstraGin® at 25mg — this helps with absorbing nutrients by tweaking gut transporters. It's under the usual 50mg, but it shows they're thinking about getting more out of the main ingredients, not just padding the label.
  • ActiGin at 25mg — a helper that boosts how efficient your workout feels. Not the main event, but it adds to making sessions more effective beyond just the caffeine buzz.
  • 100mcg Methylcobalamin B12 — a top-form vitamin B12 that aids energy metabolism and nerve stuff. It won't hype you up like a stim, but it's smart for overall training readiness—better than the cheap versions.

Who Is This For?

  • Everyday hypertrophy folks doing volume-heavy push, pull, legs who want better pump without crazy stims. 6g citrulline malate shines here, making reps feel fuller and stronger.
  • Regular pre users needing something you can rely on. 200mg caffeine anhydrous boosts without overloading, easy for a full week of training.
  • Early morning crew wanting body and brain wake-up. Caffeine plus 200mg AlphaSize® gets you in gear better than caffeine solo, especially if focus matters.
  • Lifters chasing mind-muscle on isolations and machines. Alpha-GPC from AlphaSize® keeps it engaged, citrulline holds the pump for better feedback.
  • People in conditioning blocks pushing repeats. Beta-alanine builds buffering over time—at 2g it's not max, but consistent use helps with circuits and short rests.
  • Upgraders from basic caffeine pres. This adds real stuff like citrulline malate, beta-alanine, AlphaSize®, AstraGin®, ActiGin for full support, not just a buzz.

How to Use

Take 2 capsules 20-30 minutes pre-workout with plenty of water. That's spot-on timing—caffeine hits fast for early sets, citrulline supports flow as intensity builds. If caffeine bugs you, try 1 cap first. Capsules are no-fuss, perfect for travel or post-work sessions. Skip it right after huge meals to feel the stim and focus quicker. Watch other caffeine sources like coffee or burners— this adds 200mg. Pairs great with creatine and intra electrolytes for hard or long trains. No need to cycle for safety, but breaks keep caffeine fresh. Store cool and dry, lid tight for fresh caps.

What to Expect

First 10 minutes, it's mostly the mental boost of knowing you took it—capsules don't have that drink ritual. 10 to 20 minutes in, 200mg caffeine anhydrous starts hitting with more alertness, training urge, and drive; some get that beta-alanine tingle. 20 to 40 minutes is prime time: AlphaSize® sharpens focus, energy's full on, and 6g citrulline malate brings the pump as sets build. 40 to 90 minutes, it stays steady, easing off without a hard crash. Days 1-7, it's mostly the quick hits from caffeine, focus, and pump. Weeks 2-4, beta-alanine builds carnosine slower at 2g, so effects are milder than at 3.2g+.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Bucked UP Digestive Enzymes actually a digestive enzyme product?

Based on the verified formula provided here, no. The active ingredient profile is clearly a pre-workout stack featuring 6,000mg citrulline malate, 2,000mg beta-alanine, 200mg caffeine anhydrous, and 200mg AlphaSize®, not a digestive enzyme panel with protease, amylase, or lipase.

How much caffeine is in Bucked UP per serving?

Each full 2-capsule serving provides 200mg of caffeine anhydrous. That is a moderate stimulant dose: enough for most users to feel a clear increase in alertness and workout drive without automatically pushing the formula into high-stim territory.

Is 6,000mg of citrulline malate a strong dose?

Yes. 6g is right in the clinically relevant range serious pre-workout users look for when pump and blood flow matter. It is substantially more impressive than the 3g-style doses commonly used in weaker formulas.

Is the beta-alanine dose fully clinical?

Not quite. Beta-alanine research is strongest in the 3,200-6,400mg daily range, so 2,000mg is below the standard full clinical loading target. It is still useful, especially with consistent intake, but it is not a maxed-out beta-alanine formula.

What does AlphaSize® do in this formula?

AlphaSize® is a branded alpha-GPC ingredient used here at 200mg to support cognitive performance and mind-muscle connection. It complements caffeine by helping the energy feel more focused and controlled rather than just stimulating.

Can I stack this with creatine?

Yes, and that is one of the best stacks for this formula. Creatine monohydrate supports ATP regeneration, while this product handles energy, pump, focus, and some fatigue buffering, giving you a more complete performance setup.

Should I take this every day or only on training days?

Most users will take it on training days, but beta-alanine works best when used consistently over time because its benefits come from gradually increasing muscle carnosine. If you want the most from the beta-alanine, regular daily intake is more effective than occasional use.

Will this make me tingle?

Possibly. The formula includes 2,000mg beta-alanine, which can cause the familiar tingling sensation known as paresthesia in some users. It is harmless and tends to be more noticeable when taken on an emptier stomach.

Is this good for late-night workouts?

Usually not for caffeine-sensitive users. The 200mg caffeine dose can easily interfere with sleep if taken too late, and poor sleep will hurt recovery more than a pre-workout can help a single session.

Is the label transparent or proprietary?

It is fully disclosed based on the verified formula provided. That means every listed active and dose is visible, which is a major advantage over proprietary blend pre-workouts that hide ingredient amounts.

If you own a diesel engine, use this.
Size: 128 fl. oz, 1 Pack
For diesel owners looking to protect their fuel system, Hot Shot's Secret Everyday Diesel Treatment (EDT) is a heavy hitter in the world of additives. This 1-gallon jug is designed for the long haul, treating up to 1,280 gallons of fuel, which makes it incredibly cost-effective for daily drivers and fleet owners alike. The primary draw here is the 7-point cetane boost, which noticeably smooths out rough idles and improves cold starts. Beyond performance, it serves as a critical insurance policy against modern "dry" Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) by adding essential lubricity to the fuel pump and injectors. It also features a demulsifier to help separate water from the fuel, preventing corrosion before it starts. While the 1-gallon bottle is bulky and requires a smaller dispenser for easy pouring at the pump, the peace of mind and improved MPG make it a staple for maintaining a healthy engine.

TDI Seems To Like This Stuff. A Must For US D2 Fuel.
Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1)
After purchasing our 2012 VW TDI diesel at 140K miles I started researching best practices to keep these little engines happy. What I read was that the US has some of the crappiest quality D2 diesel on the world stage. Even Canada's diesel is higher cetane and lubricity rated than the States not to even mention Europe which has WAY higher standards than us. The weak point of these TDI engines seems to be the high pressure fuel pump (HPFP) that is crank driven to enormous pressure for the injectors to to their thing. If these HPFP parts fail on common rail engines they can literally grenade and throw shards of metal everywhere within the downstream fuel system ensuring a VERY expensive repair if not destroying the engine altogether. The lubricating property of the fuel plays an important part in keeping these pumps working properly. There even seems to be some data supporting Canadian operated TDIs have fewer failure rates of the HPFP than stateside fueled vehicles although nothing had been officially published to my knowledge. Sulpher in the diesel had beneficial lubricating properties but was bad for the environment and subsequently removed from D2 by the EPA much like leaded gasoline of yesteryear. So the second tank I ran in my TDI was Hot Shot's EDT. I can't comment on the comparative difference as I ran this from almost day one. What I like is the claimed increased lubricity and cetane boost that is supposed to bring our crappy D2 up to reasonable levels the rest of the world enjoys. Fuel economy seems fine but playing with a low spun turbo and the subsequent torque is sometimes too irresistible to give fuel economy a fair chance. Besides, I need to blow out all that accumulated carbon :) I like the fact that the Hotshot's EDT seems more concentrated and affordable than the competition. 1oz for a tank is almost a performance treatment for my TDI. It's a negligible cost for a fill up and I hope they keep it that way. My dislike might be the one thing other people love about this product and that's the bottle. The bottle is meant to be squeezed to get the measured amount in the top fill area so measuring is easier. My concern is the filler neck is not long enough to cram into the filler to avoid spilling without a funnel and diesel doesn't do many favors to paint. My workaround was to save the empty bottles from other gasoline treatments and use a syringe to fill 1oz amounts of EDT and place in the trunk of the car in double plastic bags. Seems to work fine although the kitchen was probably not the best place to do this since it doesn't smell like flowers. Next purchase will likely be the bulk bottle. It's kind of a shame we actually need this kind of protection now since the US fuel standards are almost non-existent. Even B1 blended bio diesel would be a huge improvement in lubricity but not available where I live. Thanks Hotshot's...Good stuff!

Recommended by John. So far great additive for the CP4
Size: 16 Fl Oz (Pack of 2)
I have a ‘22 6.7 Powerstroke w/27k and pull heavy trailers in FLA. I’m worried about the (disco party). John I believe from the Ford Dealer in Hereford, Tx recommended this. I run 2 oz per fill and will see what happens. I’ve got Five fill ups on it now and seems to help responsiveness. Proof will be in the pudding. So far I’m pleased

Quieter and more mpg in TDI
Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1)
Didn't really believe the hype. Did a little research and watched Project Farm and decided to try. Im not a snake oil guy....but I will say my 2013 common rail TDI is quieter and I get a tad more fuel mileage. Does it pay for itself? Well, it does get better mpg, but I feel the reduction in noise most likely relates to less wear and tear and thats good enough for me. Im only using 1oz per fill up (about 14 gallons) so it lasts a very long time. I get 40mpg and im not light footed.
