We recommend using teas which are in their loose leaf or whole botanical form and not the "herb dust" which is from the bottom of the tea barrel; it is sold cheaply because the quality is inferior to loose leaf tea. Whole leaf tea is more flavorful and more beneficial to your body.

INSTRUCTIONS 
To get the most out of the essential properties this tea offers, pour boiling water over 1-2 tsp. of tea, cover and steep for 3-5 minutes. Add raw honey for desired sweetness, enjoy!
