Females have predominately orange bodies with a pink/purple hue and a yellow nose, dorsal fin, and tail fin. Males are predominantly orange with a pink/purple hue and have an almost clear tail and deep pink edges on their pectoral fins. They are known to be hermaphroditic, where the largest female can morph into a male if the dominant male perishes.
Origin
The Resplendent Anthias belongs to the Serranidae family and is native to marine environments.
Feeding Habits
These fish thrive on a varied diet of frozen mysis shrimp, enriched frozen brine shrimp, and high-quality flake foods, offered in small quantities throughout the day. They also benefit from a refugium cultivating copepods and amphipods for nutritious live food.
Suitable Tank Mates
Resplendent Anthias are non-aggressive and are suitable for reef tanks. It's advisable to keep one male with as many females as possible in a very large aquarium to prevent aggression among the fish.

They are non-aggressive, but in a group, it's essential to prevent individuals from being singled out and killed by the others.

Nice BIG enameled cast iron dutch oven. like LeCreuset but costs less

This is nice quality, similar to the far more costly French LeCreuset brand. I was surprised how big this model is, possibly too big for my small kitchen and limited storage space. I store it in the oven. It would be great for baking sourdough boule bread.

Solid, heavy pot for cooking and baking. I bought it mainly for making soups, stews and breads. I have only tried soups thus far. The pot cleaned up very easily. The bottom of the pot heated uniformly. Nothing was stuck to the pot when I was simmering on the glass top stove. I have not had the chance to bake yet, but seeing how evenly it held heat while cooking, I am thinking this will be perfect. I bought the red color. It gives a nice pop of color in my kitchen. This pot will probably last me a long time. I would buy one if I needed a replacement, or a gift for someone.

Great quality for price after 3 years of use

I’m 3.5 years in and use it weekly. So far it’s been a great product especially for the price. We are really into soups, roast, and I bake bread a lot. This thing is amazing and a great quality. It’s easy to clean, does great in the oven, and stands up great to constant use. I only have a small amount of staining at the bottom, and a couple scratches from metal utensils. The lid is solid and the handle is really secure still, which is a problem I’ve had with other brands I’ve tried.
