For the ideal sharing experience, cut your cake from the top in a grid pattern, creating 1" x 1" squares at full cake height. These are coffee/platter sized portions, are perfect for sampling and social gatherings. Keep in mind that final serving numbers will vary depending on who's cutting and serving the cake.
