Made from 70% Blue Agave, 30% Raw cane sugar (Piloncillo/Penela) and spring water from the highlands of Jalisco.
Nose - Notes of citrus, the herbal aroma of fresh cut grass, touches of honey, aromas of bread dough and a light floral note of lilies.
Palate - Light alcohol, reminiscent of fresh green chilli, but also with some notes of dulce de leche (caramel) from the cooking of the agave, sweet deep honey, and a sweet and citrus and a clear mineral aftertaste.
Finish - Bright, transparent and crystalline, unctuous with silver reflections, with a medium to full-body.
