Description
The 84 engineering buffing attachment is the perfect upgrade for your Shop Master 72" and Shop Mate 48" grinders. With a 4" Contact Wheel, this attachment offers high-powered buffing capabilities that can turn your grinder into a serious buffing machine. However, it's important to measure your tooling arm first, as the attachment requires a 400mm long arm.
The attachment is easy to install and can be slotted into the standard tooling arm using a 19mm spigot. The rotating components of the attachment are made from billet metal using precision CNC lathe, ensuring perfect concentricity and balance. Plus, the drive wheel is covered with a powder-coated sheet metal guard to keep you safe while using it.
Note that this attachment is not designed to be run at over 50HZ, equal to 1/2 speed (Yellow) zone on the 84 engineering VFD, and serious injury may occur if it's run beyond its limitations. Additionally, please also note the max speed recommendation of your selected buffing wheel.
